A job that’s in a situation of decline is generally experienced as an atmosphere – perhaps there is a desire to accomplish more, perform something different altogether, or there might be a sense of boredom. Whatever the reason may be for employment in decline, it’s an important reminder that you might want to be in control of one’s career at all times.
